Default fuel injectors leaking

okay so i have a 2000 mazda protege lx 1.6l
i removed the fuel rail to swap a injector into a different port because im getting a cylinder 2 misfire code. so i swaped it then put it back on and now the injectors are leaking bad. i took it back off and swaped the 2 injectors back to where they were and they are still leaking. some of the injectors arnt to tight for some reason now. i can turn them after installing fuel rail. so are the seals shot? no parts store has them all they have are the orings but its not leaking from there its leaking from the bottom of the injectors and i didnt see any orings on the bottom of any of the injectors. thanks for any help

Yes, there should be 2 seals. Maybe the old ones are still in there?

yes they have an oring and rubber seal at the top and a rubber seal at the bottom but no oring at the bottom and the parts store only carries the orings. i found a kit on ebay that has all the seals but i need the car running tomorrow but i guess i have no choice. im gonna try taking the rail off again tomorrow before work and see if i can get them to seal.

Don't drive with leaking injectors. You are at risk of a fire.

i looked at them closer with it running and they are not leaking from the bottom there leaking from the top where they connect to the rail. i replaced the orings but 3 of the injectors are still spraying fuel out. i dont get it the one thats not leaking was the one that fit loosely in the rail all the others fit tight and snug. so am i putting them in the rail wrong? should they not be tight? i would think the one that fit loosely in the rail would be the one leaking but its not leaking at all.
and yes i know not to use silicone or drive it that would be stupid and id prolly be getting 2 miles to the gallon lol

nvm i got it fixed. when i was putting the injectors on the rail the orings were rolling out of place. so i took them out and put them back on but this time i made sure the oring stayed in place and now theres no leaks. simple things are so frustrating
