Default head unit and roof light not working

so I own a 2001 323 Protege, 1.6L and yesterday I had just installed super low springs on the car. After doing this the head unit and roof light have stopped working. I've had a quick look behind the head unit, the fuse is still fine as well as all other fuses. I'm a bit concerned that I broke something while doing the suspension. Also, I have neons underneath the driver and passenger side of the front and they are still working, their power cable is the same connected to the head unit. Any advice would be appreciated.

Default fuse problem

i thnk what you are trying to locate is an oddball fuse named room in the fuse box.
3rd row down,i think,red fuse,if i remember correctly....
my 03 protege had these exact same problems, that was what was wrong with mine.
my interior lights now work,as does my radio.

also, for what its worth, that fuse in particular is on a raised area by itself,(oddly, the only fuse in there that is raised up like that.....)
just another tidbit.

Turns out it was that fuse, thank you so much for that, good thing I hadn't taken it to an auto electrician yet

i think in my case someone tried to jump start the car and hooked up the cables backwards or something.....
all 3 of my interior lights were blown,my radio was not working.....
i changed that fuse and viola.....

glad that helped.
