Default Help figuring out what submodel my mazda is

Hi,

New to the forum. I have had my Mazda for about 2-3 years now and have been pretty happy with the car. Recently it began dying on me and I changed the spark plugs, ignition wires, and used some sea foam. I finally found out with some help that when the air filter hood was lifted up the engine died, they sold me some MAF cleaner. I got home and removed the air intake hose to get to the MAF and realized that the hose was half way or more cracked through. I need to replace this and was trying to find out what type of sub model my car is so I don't buy the wrong part. I also keep getting asked and would like to know. It is a protege, 2 L engine, and it is an automatic with over drive. Can anyone help me?
