Default Overdrive Light Blinking

Today on my way to work the o/d light
started blinking, what could be the issue?
Seems to still run ok shifts seem a-little harder.

Do not drive it for very long. That is telling there is an issue with your transmission. I might be something small, but if you don't find out what it is and deal with it, you could destroy the whole transmission. Then you looking at big bucks to replace it. Post the code here and we can tell you what it means.

I had the OBDII checked and no codes.
Changed Fluid and Filter no change.
Car drives as before maybe a slight bit of
harder shifting between 1st and 2nd.
O/D button still works as before.

Look at section 5-03, ATX troubleshooting. Section 9 refers to abnormal shifting. There's a whole list of things that could be wrong.

That is a link to a complete shop manual for your car. Go to every section and copy it to your hard drive.
