Default [Help] Removing lights?

Is it possible to remove the small lights at the bottom of the front of a Mazda RX-7. Meaning;

If you have this car:

And you wanna make it like this:

How do you do it without losing the turning signals? Are there special lights with the turning signals build-in?

And while i'm at it - I'm looking for a good online tune shop in the United States or in Germany, yes.. in Germany. Where you can order stuff. Any idea?

Thanks!

I believe those fixed lights have turn signals integrated. Not absolutely sure though.

lots of custom work, you have to remove the lights, and shave the hole that is left, and then you have to integrate with either a new headlight assembly or use smaller lights that you build into the current headlight casing, and of course run the wires up there to them. Seems, simple, but i have to say that body work on vehicles, especially custom stuff is not as easily done as it is said.
