No noises? Not even the starter or a click? Your battery could be dead or the starter could be fried. If the car is auto make sure it is in park. If Manual try putting it in Reverse, holding the clutch and starting it.

yea not even one click, my battery gauge say i have 12 volts when my key is turned, that is a lil low but even then it would have a little bit of a turn, or attempt....it is standard and i tried the reverse thing...nothing, do u htink it would be my starter?

it could either be the starter or something with the neutral fail safe on all Rx-7s (doesn't let the starter work when it is in gear) so it's either the starter, or the system that detects what gear you are in is malfunctioning. Try and pushstart it, if it fires up, then it's your starter. Also the voltometer is for the alternator not the battery, ot so I think, turbos only have a boost guage instead of voltometer.

wel the car is light enough to do a pushstart yourself with a door open only problem would be if it didn't start it would be farther from your house. I can't think other than check your fuses.
