Default retro fit engines

What other engines can retro fit in a rx7, such as 3.8 v6. I don't know anything about rx7's but have worked on just about every thing elas.Somebody up my street has a dead one in his front yard. Might ask him if it's for sale.

All I can tell you is that it has a gsl emblem, sun roof, red interior, stick shift, and has a different front end sorta like an air dam. I don't know the year.

that's a first gen, the most common swap for those for any engine other than a different rotary is a V8. Some people put TII rotoary engines in them or N/A FC engines.
