nope.
the second gen FC comes with anoptional factoryturbocharger.
and i believe most (if not all) of the FD's came turbo'd
i tihnk only the japanese FD's are twin turbo'd

All 93+ RX7's (92+ in Japan) came twin turbo'd stock.
