Default rx7noobi seeking wisdom n info on 85 rx7 gsl-se

hello
i have been FWD tunner for years(4banger honda),
someting happend, n my doch vtec swap was fried BC oil starvation(damaged oil pan)
since i need new toy, i have decided go w/ some RWD, to be exact 85 rx7 gsl-se.
this guy's selling rx7locally,
it has nice clean new paint, enigne has been rebuild w/80000miles
13b 4ports street ported motor,
Weber 48mm IDA carb and racing beat intake manifold,
Racing beat Streetport exhaust(dual pipes and presilencers)
The motor has been balanced to 10K RPM
Racing beat aluminum flywheel and a Stage 1 ACT clutch set.
Tokico illumina 5 way adjustable shocks and struts with Suspension techniques springs
to tell u the truth, i don really know anything about 13b motor,(i do work on my vtec hondas, and i m plannin to learn about rx7 in near future..)
what you think about set up above.?
how relible is 13b motor/the set up above..?
seller says it should be good for 180hp w/ set up above.. is it true..?
what kind of 1/4 time should i get w/ set up above(i m looking for mid-low 14sec, my honda did low13)
is rotory engine hard to take care of..?
he says "The motor has been balanced to 10K RPM" does it mean re line is 10k..?
BC i know stock 13b relines 7krpm from what i read. if i m wrong what does that mean..?
where can i get headlight conv(clear housing that doesnt open up)..?
anything i should check b4 the purchase..?
any pointers i should know about..?
thank you so much thank you
