Im replacing my 3.0 V6 engine this weekend any tips would be appreciated, I will let you know how it goes and post any helpful tips I pick up along the way. Wish me luck hahaha

 

By the way im pulling this baby out through the top, 6 hours in all plugs and pipes disconnected, cruise control/throttle cable off, battery out, air filter off, compressor disconnected and hanging out the bottom of engine bay, exhaust off, engine mount next to coolant reservoir off, nearly got all the bolts off where engine bolts to transmission, having a bitch of a time taking bracket off on back of engine below manifold between firewall and engine though, Beer time

 

How did that go for you? Do you have any suggestions on making this project go any kind of easy?

 

Engine and transmission should be removed from the bottom as one unit.
