Default No high beam headlights

Hello. New guy here. My high beam headlights quit working on my 2001 Mazda Tribute so I installed a new multi switch and still no high beams. Low beams work fine but when switched to high beams, nothing. When pulling back on the lever for high beam passing lights still nothing. The high beam indicator on the dash comes on but no lights. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am not very good at electrical issues.

Have you checked the fuses?
Have you check the relays?
Have you bench tested the bulbs?
Do you have 12v + & earth at the bulb sockets?

If in doubt book it in with a mechanic or auto sparkie.

Thanks Grim_Reaper. I have not checked every fuse so I may have missed one that may have connection to the high beam circuit but I have checked the ones that appear to be for that circuit and they look fine. I swapped the relay that says its for the lights for one that was working and no difference. I replaced both bulbs with new bulbs. I am not sure how to check for 12v + earth at the bulbs. My next thing to do is check all of the fuses even if not appearing to be related to lights in case one is bad. Not sure what else to do but was trying to save myself a mechanic repair bill at this time. Thanks again.
