Default Pulling a jammed radio

Ok, so I bought the car and it had a bad radio display so I convinced (after a lot of screaming) the dealership to order me a new radio. They reluctantly did it on thier dime and put it in for me when it came in, and it didn't look exactly right to me, but I sucked it up and said oh well. Now I want to put in an FM module and the radio won't come out. First of all, it seems like they broke the clips because it only feels like 2 or 3 will engage. Also, the rail that the C clip rides on to position it correctly is not being used. The clip is sitting on top of it, so the radio is slanted down and turned to the left. I've tried pulling the trim and remove it, but its pretty stuck, I've triedgiving ita little persuasion from a screwdriver, but to no avail. If I can't get it myself, they're gonna end up doing it at the dealership, but I'd prefer not to have to deal with those hacks again.

Removal of the radio in my Tribute requires the use of two sets of the U-shaped tools that insert into either side. You might check that out.
