Default Replaced Brake booster...new problem encounted.

Hey guys, signed up because I need help from fellow tribute owners.

I replaced my brake booster with a replacement from a wreckers. I connected it all up but now the pedal is really hard and the brakes are not really working very well.

Any ideas whats wrong? Is the booster possibly a dud? Did I not bleed the master cylinder line properly?

I'm at my wits end. Im contemplating putting the old booster back in if all else fails.

Welcome to the forum!

Did you test the brake booster before you put it in?

Got it working this arvo. I noticed that I forgot to put on the rubber gasket thing that goes between the master cylinder and booster. Once all back together it was all good!!
