Default Vacuum line replacement - P0136 related

I replaced my B1, S2 oxygen sensor, this time with an OE model. Still getting CE light and P0136 code.

Traced wires by hand and cannot detect any fray or breakage as far up as I can reach.

Vacuum lines appear to be in good shape, but doesn't look like there are too many so I guess I will replace them. Does anyone have a diagram with all of the vacuum lines I need to replace and sizes?

Only line that feels gritty and old is the one going into the EGR (?).

I recently replaced my Main rear Cat and it made a HUGE difference - just trying to get the CEL to go out now!

Sorry if I am reposting stuff, but I am no mechanic - just a guy who is too cheap to run to the shop and throw cash at the car until it runs right...
