Default Where is the Restraints Control Module?

I'm looking to find out where the Restraints Control Module is located in my girlfriends 2001 Tribute. Haynes doesn't show u squat, and the internet has failed to turn up anything useful. Her air bag light is on solid and so is her seatbelt light. Apparently before she bought the truck it was in an accident but was rebuilt. The lights have always been on. I checked the seatbelt plugs located under both the drivers and passangers seat, they looked fine, but I then took it one step farther and cut out the plug and soldered the wires together. I'm thinking the Restraints module needs to be reset (I found a procedure online how to do this) but if that don't fix it, then I'll probably need to replace the Restraints module too. Just looking for any help you guys can give! I don't ever want to see anything bad happen to her or anyone travelling with her!!! Thanks so much!
