Default Worth buying a extended warranty on 2008 Tribute (4cyl) ?

I know in general its not worth buying a extended warranty.

I looked at the reliability numbers that Consumer Reports has on the 2008 Tribute 4cyl and the low ratings are

Average
- Overall

Worst then Average
- Transmission Minor
- Power Equipment

Worse
- Squeaks and Rattles

Everything else is either Above Average or Better than Average.

unless your buying new, and even this depends on what you will do with the vehicle, do not get the extended warranty!!! a rip off and waste of money, especially on a 3 year old vehicle.

The vehicle was purchased new. The Mazda OEM warranty is expiring this week.
