Default mazda 2 capella 54 plate

The nearside front windscreen wiper has juddered for a few years. I have had 3 new wiper blades in all plus a complete new arm. the dealer has not been able to cure apart from suggesting a new arm as I suspected that the arm spring was not strong enough, alas it still judders when moving from rest. I have noticed that when stopping the blade halfway the blade rubber remains at 90 degrees to the screen but the offside blade rubber has flipped over so preventing the blade from juddering.
I have tried twisting the arm so that the rubber flips back against the screen instead of remaining at 90 degrees.
I am a loss as to what the reason is so help please.

Did you apply anything on the windscreen eg.rain repellent? This will cause the wiper to judder

no, surely if I had then the off side wiper would judder, I have tried twisting the long metal arm so the rubber blade will flip back when moving across the screen instead of staying at 90 degrees to the glass, still no luck. the juddering occurs mainly when the wiper is set to intemittent, ie. theres not much rain on the glass, when raining heavy it seems a lot better but not brilliant. makes one feel like changing the car as it's so annoying. Thanks anyway
