Default "Smoke" Coming from A/C Vents?

I've noticed that sometimes in the morning when it's kind of muggy or humid, if I turn on the A/C, sometimes a smoky mist comes out of the vents... Has anyone else ever experienced this? If so, is this NORMAL???

I've had that problem in another vehicle of mine, only it was antifreeze fumes from a busted heater core.

I would say if you are not smelling coolant in the car you are good, my 08 has done it a few times.

If you are still facing the same problem.then take my suggestion otherwise leave it
If it's smoke, then you probably have some wires shorting out and shouldn't drive it because there could potentially be a fire. If it's a white sweet smelling type of steam instead, look at your heater core. You still wouldn't want to drive it because if the heater core is out, then you are getting antifreeze all over the place under the dash.

In short, take it to a reputable repair shop to have it looked at.

Most likely this is the cause. Op didn't say they smelled anything just see the "smoke". Happens when the ac is putting out 40deg temp and it is hot and muggy when the car is started. I have even seen some vents frost over.
Very much the same whenyou open your freezer door and there is "smoke"
