Default 2004 Mazda 3 Won't start

I got a hole in my oil pan and when I was driving all the dash lights lit up and car stopped running. After replacing the oil pan, spark plugs, harmonic balancer and crank sensor it sounds like it wants to start but won't run. It's getting spark just doesn't run please help.

Did you lock the crankshaft & camshafts before removing the harmonic balancer?
If not, you've probably upset the timing.

The guy that put it in didn't have the tool the first time but recently got it and re did it. Would the timing still be off?
