I wanted to update this thread. I had redline gearlube put in last week, and had a solid weekend to drive the car. I'm amazed at the difference its made. The shifts are much quicker and clean. Also, the grinding noise I was complaining about is gone. I've done at least 20 hard shifts into second without problem. Before the redline I was getting grinding in about 1 out of 5 hard shifts. I'm very happy with the results. Thanks to all that replied!
