2012 Mazda 3 Performance Upgrades
#2
I'm sorry, what engine Size.
If you have a 2.5 ltr, the big one, K&N has a nice intake that seals some heat from engine compartment to get at cold air and increases HP by 6. Small engine, less gain. You will not really notice the difference.
Nothing availaable for Hypertech except Mazdaspeed 3. Those gains posted are a crock of crap. They post +66HP, +27 TQ. This is at 6,700 rpm for HP. Realistically for HP it is +26 @ 4900 (peak real difference). Torque is however properly listed @ 4900 rpm. Mazda must have detuned it a bit at upper end to save your engine!
