Bought a nav card and it was my understanding it is basically plug and go.

However it isn't reading in the car. The SD card does have files on it when I look at it on my computer.

No i didn't buy it from the dealer. Bought it from Amazon from a highly rated seller. Verified my VIN for place of origin. And for North America maps

Any thoughts?
