2019 no satellite or Apple CarPlay?
How is it possible that I bought a 2019 CX-3 touring and NEITHER of these came with the car. A USB upgrade does NOT cost $500. I called customer service who in turn called the dealership. There response was "We're not interested in working with you on price to fix this". Excuse me? As for satellite, I sold a 2011 Nissan that had it in it. Get with the program Mazda!

I understand your frustration. The upgrade to the system to add Apple CarPlay is more complicated than I would have thought when I looked into upgrading my 2015 Mazda3 a while back. I believe it requires a new hard drive for the vehicle's computer which is why it cost so much. They are slowly adding it to their models. I was surprised to learn that it had not yet made it to the CX-3. I have it on my 2019 Mazda3 and to be honest, I prefer to use the Mazda Navigation and connect to my phone using BlueTooth. You should be able to add Navigation by purchasing an SD Card from Amazon for around $100.00.
Based on the Mazda website, XM is only included on the Grand Touring trim. When my trial period runs out, I will not be renewing and using my phone for music and podcasts. The quality is much lower than what I can get from the phone and it allows me to listen to what I want to listen to.

I didnt purchase the Mazda navigation since I wrongly thought I could just get it through my phone. As for Sirius, its all I listened to for 12 years. Going back to regular radio is killing me. They play a few songs an hour and the rest if just commercials.
