ABS speed Sensor may by malfunctioning? HELP!
My mazda 3s abs speed sensor is not working, would this cause the motor to stay in 3rd gear? like limp mode almost? When i start my car, there is clicking noise where the PCM is located by the inside passenger floor. Then i when i go into drive it automatically goes into 3rd gear and my dash lights (e.g. park, parking brake, oil, check engine, abs ) flicker and even my front head lights go out. Will replacing the abs speed sensor fix this?
Thank you for your help.!!!

Hi, I don't know what model or year your Mazda 3 is, but it sounds to me like you either have a poor terminal contact on you BCM (body control module), or a faulty BCM.
This module is located under the glovebox in the passenger footwell. Your PCM is located under the bonnet next to your battery.
A faulty ABS sensor would not cause the issues you are experiencing.
Hope this helps!

My guess is that it is on the other side even on the LHD models, I cant imagine them keeping it on the drivers side with all the other stuff in the way then.
