Anyone know what this wire hanging off the bottom of my car is?

2018 Mazda 3. It's near the passenger side rear tire. It was dragging for a while but I can't figure out what it is through google. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Looks like you ran over it & its stuck in the plastic flap.

Does it go anywhere?

Just pull it out or cut it off. If anybody is running a wire like that it deserves to be decommissioned!
