Default Applying a Clear Coat on my M3 HB.

So everyone here is saying that Mazda has a poor paint job and the girlfriend has been scratching the bumper left and right. I am exaggerating a little bit, but I want to get to the point. What are your thoughts on going to a body shop and asking them to apply a clear coat on the car? (To keep the car shiny and safe)

High speed buff it first, or if ya haven't ever used one get someone to do it for ya. Then after that decide if ya want the car re cleared. This will shine the car up nice and remove a lot of scratches and imperfections.
