The goodyear RS-A's don't last too long. I just replaced two of mine because of punctures, and the other two only have about 5k miles on them. I replaced the two at 22k, and I'm at 25k now. This is compared to the 55k miles we got out of the OEM michellin's on my wife's Elantra.

I went with yokohama YK250 tires. They're about $118/ea. from discount tire and have a 60k mile treadwear warranty. They're quieter and stickier than the RS-A's too. I've always had good experiences with DT. I would've gone with the same Michellin MXV4 Plus tires the Elantra came with (different size of course ) as we were happy enough with them to buy four more when hers wore out, but they were about $40-50 more a piece.

Now my dilemma is which tire to get. I live in New York and i want tires that will be good in the snow. I wanted the goodyear triple tread but when i would go to the website to see which tire to use it would put the car under performance and only show me performance tires. I want good all season tires, Any recomendations. I am willing to give up performance for better traction in snow and rain. Thanks for the advice. And as for anthony14, only 4320 miles DAMN BOY!!!!!

I've got ~41,000 on my Toyo Proxes FZ4's and they still have decent tread, I'll replace them in a few months. They work just fine in the snow. (I drive in the snow a ton.)
