YouTube - How to: Nightshade/Darken/Tint/Blackout Car Taillights.
available at any autoparts store. check out the comments for tips on that one.
YouTube - West Coast Customs - Smoked Tail Lights
the professional way. i have done that before and it works better in the long run, just more money.
YouTube - Eurolight Headlamp Coloring Kit
the video says it all. this was actually only recently brought to my attention by another member.
YouTube - Applying Blue Headlight & Tail Light Film by DECALFX.COM
this type of film is available at decalfx.com and used to be available at rockblocker.com, but i can't find that site.
all methods require a certain degree of patience and skill, but i prefer spraying. i, of course, used to do paint so i have a different view than others. the film is not like window film. it is fairly thick and kind of difficult to work with. patience is the key though.
