Default Blowing Fuses???!!!

Recently, I noticed my lighter wasn't working. I don't smoke, but as a sales weasel, I have a Crackberry and cell phone, so it's essential. I looked at the fuse, and it was blown. Replaced it, and as soon as you turn the ignition to acc, it blows. Even with nothing plugged in it. Anyone else have that kind of problem? It still has warranty since I only have 45,000 mi. and it's only an '05. Hope that's covered.

Thanks,
Perry

I would figure that as a Triumph Victim^H^H^H^H^H^H Owner you would know all abou flakey electricals.

Offhand I would say there is a short.
If you are Supremely Lucky it is in the lighter socket itself. (check it, clean it out.)

If it is in the wiring harness you got an expensive and annoying thing to fix.

I hope your warranty covers it.

Hi,

I think I have a 4 year 50,000 mi warranty. I'll need it I imagine. As far as electicals go, all I know is, if I cut a wire on the TR6, smoke comes out.
