Default Broken Driver's Side View Mirror

Some fcker broke my sideview mirror and i had to get it replaced.
the actual mirror is fine but the plastic holder was broken. so i bought that from the dealer because parts are fairly scarce.
i just bought the part and installed it myself (it was pretty ez, just a bunch of screws).

the cost: $132 + tx.
time of labor: 15 min.

still a pain in the *** to tape up mirror, wait for order, and install tho.
so if anyone breaks their mirror. thats how much it was.

wow, I think you paid about $22 more than you should've had to. You can order the full exterior mirror housing with the heating element (that's right, you'd get heated mirrors) for $100-110 per side from www.onlinemazdaparts.com. That's the shipped price btw. all of the factory wiring is in place for the heated mirrors, the mirror itself just needs to be replaced and plugged up.

Like you said though, it's just three bolts and a few minutes to replace.
