Back when I had an Acura RSX, I had the worst experience with Rosenthal Acura. I took my car there for their complimentary services and they washed my car, and ended up leaving scratches all over the paint. When I complained to the manager he told me those scratches were already there...on a BRAND NEW car.

Then later I took my car back for some rattling noise and they forgot to clip the plastic covers underneith the car, so when I drove the car home, the tires ate up the under side covers. Again, I took it back and they told me it was my fault. Never again will I do business with them.
