It's a Carbon Fiber cold air intake kit.
If you live anywhere that it rains a significant amount, I wouldn't get any CAI. The filter tucks down in behind the headlight and when you drive through water the filter can tend to get wet and shut you down.
I'm in Michigan....no CAI for me.

The CAI is a much better seller. I attached a pic below.
This is an actual CAI. And as for sucking up water into the intake, it's just not gonna happen unless you submerge the filter.
