I've never heard of a clear bra but I would def be interested it something like that. I've only had my car for three weeks and I've got some huge dings on the hood. I've never seen paint that chips so easily. I hope some one responds with some info!

Check out www.computercut.com and locate a dealer/installer near you.

I've used it on light lenses but not on a hood. If you put it on these, you'll want to make sure you have one specific to the car cause the contours will be a nightmare to make up yourself.

aubrey, this is not something u would do yourself . the maching/plotter cuts out the pattern for the clearshield and an authorized dealer/installer puts it on. Takes anywhere from 3-5 hours depeding on the package you want done to the vehicle.

speedy, an experienced installer would able to do it custom by free handing the pattern for that bumper

Clear bras' are used to protect the front end of the bumper from getting "sandblasted", which is a good investment to keep your paintjob new. However, if you make 1mark on the clear bra then it willbe permanentand thatwill beend of the bra appearance wise. IMO, it looks great and I would recommend it to anyone but, it will be a hassle if you're trying to have it look everytime you drive on the highway. So if you don't mind it looking like a piece of **** while driving then it's all good. When you take the clear bra off it'll be as good as new.
