Default Clicking Sound (2014 Mazda Mazda3 S Touring) (JM1 - Japan)

So the other day, I decided to use CRC Intake Cleaning to clean my valve. I completed a whole bottle (like recommended) and allowed the engine to idle for 15 minutes. I took it for a drive but never revving the engine past 2,500 rpm for the first few corners. I got out of the corner (turning right) and decided to put it in "Sport" mode. The engine downshifts to 4,000 rpm (jerking in the process) and my passenger rear right began clicking like if two things were thing each other. White smoke (similar to of when you have blown a head gasket and coolant leaks into the combustion chamber). I immediately turned on my hazard and stop to a nearby neighborhood. No check engine light, no nothing. I brought it back home and the smoke was clear. I concluded that the CRC must have burned off, causing the cloud of smoke. But the clicking was very weird as it only occurs during hard acceleration while turning either left or right. The reason I know this was because I was driving the other day on the freeway when a Prius decided to WOT their car and nearly collided me as I was trying to change lane (turning left). I swerve to the right and then accelerate hard to get out of their way since I nearly missed my turn (and they braking hard for me already). And again the clicking occurred as I was accelerating and turning. Its a long story, but I hope you guys can answer this question. Thanks!!
