did i get good deal?
Just bought my Mazda3 sport GT with Luxury package. Dealer charged me tagged price but included the tint, lifetime oil change and the Mazdaspeed Cold air intake. And first payment on fianacing is free too.

RE: did i get good deal?
sounds pretty good.....
im sure about the pricing on the gt 3's....
but the lifetime oil change sounds pretty good...
the tint isnt that expensive tho... usually around $200...
and the same for the CAI...
and the oil changes, if u got them every 3 months, and say the average one would cost $40, then....and you own the car for 10 years, then your saving $1600 right there...
($2000 if u include the others)...
so all in all, it doesnt sound that bad....

Re:lifetime oil changes, I'm surprised that all dealers do notgive this to new car buyers. If not lifetime, at least a year's worth.
Buying oil and filters in volume, their cost is probably $10 + 5 minutes labor put in by the lowest flunkie in the shop. For that, they get you back to the dealer, its a chance to build the relationship, and maybe you'll get some other repairs and maintenance done.
Where itmay have lessvalue to youis if your dealer is not convenient/close to you, or if 2 years from now you move to a different city (these oil change deals tend to be single location), or if the dealer has limited service center hours that don't work for your schedule.
