Have you considered looking @ acura tsx bumpers? it happens to be very similar to the 3, and after-market kits for the tsx fit the 3....just trying to offer any help i can.

i'll have to do a little more research on the OEM bumper, but i have heard that TSX bodykits fit quite nicely on our 3's. it may be worth checking out though, as they are available for the dual exhaust, and have the same rear reflectors.
