Exhaust TIP
Hello
I got a new exhaust tip, I dont really like the sound of an after market exhaust but I do like how a 4" tip fill the gap. I have attached pictures of before and after.

I assume he's talking about the ricey sound that most cheap mufflers/exhaust tips create. A full cat-back or high-performance muffler would obviously not sound ricey (...I would hope not at least!)

the ricey soun comes from a glasspacked muffler and they even make mufflers that have something in them that rattles. You can tell though because it sounds more metallic than a regular engine roar.
