A while back when i bought my 2010 mazda speed 3 touring there was an issue where the drive icon would flash a lot (highway speeds) which cause the acceleration to cut out while driving (as the icon flickered the acceleration was on and off). Got my step father to replace it with oem part and havent had an issue since until recently. D icon is starting to flicker and cause acceleration to cut out and come back but at city speeds. What should i do to fix this? I believe when we replaced it there might have been corrosion that was cleaned or so i cant remember but of course i want to fix the issue before it causes any further issues that i cant afford as i dont have money like that. Any sort of possibilities or fixes helps. If you have similar experiences let me know how you got it resolved. (Only in Drive would it flicker, no other gear and it is kind of intermittent at the moment but was a lot worse today then it was like last week when i happened for the first time)

2023 and just replaced range sensor with oe part, lasted a day until it started happening but now in reverse, goes off and car starts jumping. Intermittent issue throughout time. Please if you experienced and fixed help
