Fog Lights install

Fog Lights install
My 2016 Mazda 3 had a little accident causing damage to the front bumper. After the body shop got done with it it looked pretty good except for one thing. Before it had the solid trim pieces where the fog lamps go since it did not have fog lights from the factory. For some reason the body shop installed fog lights but of course they don't work because there is no switch inside. So my questions are:
1. Where to buy the correct switch with the fog light switch (it has automatic headlights). I prefer buying online and Rock Auto does not show one in stock.
2. If I install the new switch assembly is there anything else that needs to be done? I notice there's a relay in there somewhere. Is that usually installed even if no fog lights were installed at the factory?

Just be certain that you have or dont have automatic headlights. My 2015 doesn't, but it does have that light bar that automatically goes on. You can confirm this with the dealer, then just buy it on ebay. I paid around $37? a few months ago. Very easy install - youtube is your friend - 2 screws and some finesse with plastic pieces.

My 2016 does have automatic headlights so I ordered a new switch with Auto and Fog from eBay. NAPA and Rock Auto did not carry them.
I did watch the video in installation, looks easy enough.
Thanks again everyone for the info.
