Freon Input

If you are planning to use a 1lb-1-1/2lb can of R134A you buy at your local parts store using a single gauge, I would recommend against it.
First of all, you will never get a full charge using one of those because once the pressure in the system equalizes w/the can pressure, no more will go in.
But the biggest reason not to do it this way is that a single gauge will never tell you what you need to know, and it can be dangerous to you personally or the system you are installing it into.
Take it to a shop with the correct equipment and have them purge, evacuate and refill the system. Yes it will cost you a bit of money, but then you will be sure to have the correct amount of refrigerant in the system, and the shop will no doubt warranty their work should something go wrong.
If I have assumed too much here and you are a professional, you should have access to that information already.

I don't have that info for you, but I would guess that if your professional called the Mazda dealer Service Dept they would share it with them? In general though, its not information they want the general public to know. I know they used to post that info under the hood on most cars, but it's too easy to screw it up by DIYers and is perhaps against the law these days.
Just my .02.
