Is it the door to the glove box, or another part? If it's the door is it closed all the way? Do you have heavy stuff in the door compartment?

I believe there was a TSB for a glovebox rattle at one point... can't find them right now.

get some duct tape and a floral glue gun and fix it. no but for real try to take it apart and oil it down where ever there is moving parts on it.

It's definitely the door. If I push on the door when I hear it rattle, the rattle stops.
I don't keep anything in the door compartment. Could it be the latch not holding the door closed properly?

I have a similar problem, but onlyoccurs here and there. There's a rattling noise somewhere on the passenger dash, can't pin point the location of the sound. It doesn't occur all the time though, and when it does occur, i've only noticed it after i get over 40mph.
