Help guys.....Left Front End....
I have tried to research this already and I'm not sure if what I have found pertains to me. I have a 3 day old 2008 Mazda 3 Grand Touring (s) model. When I back out of my garage or out of a parking space, cut the wheel a bit, then proceed forward, there is a clunk that comes from the front left (at least that's where it sounds like) underside of the car. Any ideas as to what this is or if it is normal? I have to take the car in on Monday (to the dealer) to have some accessories put on. Is this something I need to worry about? Thanks in advance for the help. I'm new here and new to Mazda too.

RE: Help guys.....Left Front End....
when you start accelerating, is it a slow pace as if u just touched the gas pedal? same thing happens to my car, buti don't think its the same problem. the issue with my car is the bolt on the rear engine mount. when i went to the dealer, they couldn't find the problem until i took the guy out myself. make sure you take them out for the test drive yourself so they have an idea of what theyre dealing with. as far as the clunking noise goes --- maybe it is the mount? i'm prob wrong but since its a problem in the ms3 it might be an issue in the m3.
