Default How to reduce the rattle in mazda 3 sedan

I have a 12" sub in my Mazda 3 sedan..and the plastic behind the back seats rattles so much..is there any way to remove the plastic or to add insulation?

1. Lift points A in the direction of the arrows and remove the rear seat cushion.

2. Fold the rear seat back.
3. Remove the bolts.

4. Raise the rear seat back in the direction of the arrows and detach the connecting part between the rear seat back and bracket.

5. Remove the rear seat back

6. Pull the rear scuff plate upward, detach clips A, locator pins B and C from the body, and then remove the rear scuff plate.

7. Remove the fasteners from tire house trim

8. Pull the tire house trim outward and detach locator pins A and B.
9. Remove the tire house trim.
Next
10. Partially peel back the seaming welt.

11. Remove the fastener.

12. Detach clips A, locator pin B and C, using a fastener remover.
13. Detach the tab from the body and remove the C-pillar trim.
Finally
14. Remove the fasteners.

15. Pull the rear package trim upward and detach clips A and locator pin B from the body.

16. Detach tabs C from the body and remove the rear package trim.

It would be easier to remove the 12" sub. lol
