Default How's this for a decent dealership?

Yesterday I took my Mazdaspeed 3 into the dealership for an oil change and a passenger rear strut replacement. It seems that the Mazda 3's and Mazdaspeed 3's have had some issues with that particular strut causing it to make noise. I noticed that another Speed 3 was going in for service and the tech said it was for rear suspension noise so we assumed the same problem based on past history. When I got home I had a message from the dealership and I managed to call them back today. They wanted to see if I could come back in for an additional check because they found the lower bolt on the suspension arm (front to back) was really loose on the other Speed 3 and wanted to make sure mine wasn't the same. I crawled under the car tonight and sure enough it was extremely loose so I tightened it up. I guess I would have like them to do a quick check while they were under the car, but I was impressed that he would make it a point to contact me with the problem.

Hey BD. Do you know if this is happening with the sedans. I assume you are driving the hatch.
I don't notice any noises.
Thanks.
