Unhappy I just can't have nice things...

So, I've lost my 2nd Mazda 3 weeks ago - thanks to some kid in a Sonoma. He tried to make a lane change just as I was going by him so he slammed into the passenger side of my car (you can see the hole that the truck made in the pictures). The road was a bit icy at the time so the initial impact sent me sliding and spinning into 3 other vehicles - I ended up facing the wrong way in traffic. Luckily no one was hurt.
It's a write-off - $21,000 damage...

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! These photos always send sharp pains through me. It's a brand new 3, and it's a GT too! I'm hurting for you. What's your new car going to be?

I will be getting another 3, even though they seem to be bad luck for me.

You think that's bad? Check out this picture...it's the 1st Mazda3 that I lost - due to a fire where I work...

Ouch, but you can look at it this way, third time is a charm.
Maybe it is time to get a HB

Yeah...sorry to hear of your bad luck... again! But as Siber suggested, cars can be replaced, but when people are gone, they're gone.
But if you can get them, I know a few people that would be interested in getting those fog lights.
Nah. I'm sure the insurance co. owns it now anyway.
Speaking of insurance, what will this and the other combined do to your rates??

Lelola,
Looks like you should have stayed home that day,Thank God for seat belts! Hope you had GAP insurance, insurance companies don't like to pay and usually when the do pay it's not enough to cover you loan amount. Hope your o.k. and good luck with your new Mazda.

My insurance company owns it now. The only thing I could get off the car was the set of winter tires & rims.
As far as I know, my rate is not going up - it didn't go up when I lost the other car in the fire so I can only hope.
Since I didn't owe any money on that car, they are sending me a cheque for the full amount that I paid for it - yay!

If you can, save something else from the car...like the Mazda badge. Always something to remember it by.

Default Glad you were not hurt

Just a thought though. From my experience. Choose a different color. I had two silver cars. Both of which were hit. I find grey or silver don't stand out enough. People just don't see em. Great looking color. Don't get me wrong. But, black, blue, red all seem to stand out in the peferable (how do you spell that) vision.
