Default Looking into a MS3..pricing?

Hey guys!
So I'm brand new around the Mazda world..I just test drove a 2011 MS3 the other day after having borrowed my friends Mazda3 for a few days. I liked the ride and added power, I currently drive a 2009 Civic Si so having boost was nice and I was fairly impressed by the interior.

I am now seriously considering trading my Si for a 10/11 MS3..I was wondering how much I'm looking at for a fair price OTD? I see they MSRP around $23,000, so about the same as the Si. What is everyone paying for theirs and what kind of deals is Mazda giving out, if any?

Just trying to get a informed, educated ballpark figure before I haggle at the dealership.

Thanks in advance for all the help, hopefully the trade goes through and I can get a MS3 within the next week.

Just picked up a 2011 Speed with the Tec package for $26,000 Dealer cannont keep these in, as I got mine as it was rolling off of the truck. So they are not wanting to deal too much. But deff worth it!

I just picked up a 2010 i sport for $18.2K (after the $750 from Mazda). Seemed like a good deal to me, there were only 2 2010s left within 100 miles. Not much, if anything changed on that kit from 2010 to 11 from what I understand so I went for the discount. So far quite happy, just at around 110 miles on it so far.
