I wonder, has anyone simply tried installing the relay to the DRL"s to see if that activates them? So much is already pre-wired in these cars, and there is a place for a DRL relay in the under-hood fuse box/relay center.
Of course they (DRL"s) don"t work well with retrofitted HID kits, as many of our Canadian members have found out. Personally I am not too crazy about DRL"s and believe we should leave that to the "bikers" so that they may be better seen on the roads. Therefore, I have little interest in trying it myself.
I was wondering the same thing, but never tried. Like you I could care less. I know when the lights need to be on and off, I hate when the car tells me what to do, like those stupid automatic locks.

It"s not you, and that"s not Canadian English. That"s Jaimie English and we"veALL had trouble understanding his posts before. Though I have to admit, he"s gotten better. If you think this one"s bad, you should have read some of his stuff a year or two ago.... [8D]

Okay. I see everyone busting the automatic locks. I happen to love the automatic locks IF THEY LOCK AND UNLOCK ALL THE DAMN DOORS. My truck's auto locks do that and they are awesome. Wifey's car locks all the doors when you put it in drive but it only unlocks the stupid driver door when you put it in park. So, you get out and go round to get the chilren out and POP, stupid F@#$in' doors are still locked. Ugh.

Hum, I disabled the auto-lockson the F-150 and the Mazda3 didn"t have them on it.
Now if I could get rid of the seatbelt minder I would be a Happy Camper.

okay. here we go. ill try this alot better and type really slowly. Kenneth had a 2004 Exploder in which I thought was his wifes, which i now found out she actually drives 98 exploder. the 2004 iirc or 2002, whichever year it was was traded in for the phantom purple mazda3 GT hatch (or whatever the hell it is in United states.) and then he got it detailed and they totalled ****ed up on his paint job i believe, and he said screw it to that and instead he decided to buy a brand new 2008 mazda3 GT hatch in a 5 spd, and his old 07 mazda3 was an automatic and i made fun of him for it. then i found out that his wife drives it as well and she cannot drive a standard. now he has 2 vehicles because he puts his truck away in the "winter of tennessee" okk. ill make sure my USA english gets better. ill go to my ex girlfriends for a week :P.

2000 Explorer Sport Jaimie, and it was not traded, I sold it after I got the car. $2000 dollar difference, since the dealer was going to give me $1500 for it and try to add $1000 on to the contract to pay for it, then they found out I had an S-plan pin.
