Mazda 3 Seats/Seat Covers
About 15 months ago I sold my '04 Mazda 3S 5 door with close to 300K on the odometer! Great car and great seats. I replaced that with an '08 Mazda 3 4 door Grand Touring with only 6K on the odometer. The leather seats suck. Due to the side air curtain I don't think I will replace the drivers' seat but I am at least looking for ideas on great seat covers-something that is comfortable and is breathable! I'm always hot when I sit in these seats, 12 months a year. Ideas are appreciated. And if you have any advice on actually replacing the driver's seat that would great as well. Thanks!!!

Hi,
I have a 2007 CX-7 that I just traded for a 2012 Mazda 3 hatch. When I bought the 7, I purchased front seat cover to protect the factory cloth seats.
They are made from neoprene-wetsuit material. Very snug-fit and had them on the 7 for 5 years, with no visible wear.
And actually, took them off the cx7 and put them on the Mazda 3...fit like a glove.
There aren't cheap, but that attributes to the fact that after 5 years, they are still fine. Cool in summer, warm in winter. I had a 202 Mazda Millinia that had leather...very hot and sticky in summer.
