Default Mazda 3 Speed exhaust for 2l hatch

Re the post (Magnaflow or Mazda 3 Speed exhaust), would there be a chance that I would be able to adapt a Speed exhaust to my 2011 2L hatch? If so,how would the computer react to the change? I want both a less restrictive system as well as a more pleasent sound instead of the buzzy one on the car. I know this will be an expensive purchase from the dealer, but I can do the swap myself. Is this idea a good one, or should I go with a good aftermarket unit ?

I find it highly unlikely that the Speed3 exhaust would provide a meaningful reduction in restriction over the stock exhaust system; that said, it will probably have a different note. As I understand it, the Speed3 exhaust does not naturally fit a sedan model as the sedans are somewhat longer than the hatches, and as such, some fab work would be required to make it fit.
