If you could please fill out your signature (use mine as an example) and tell us also where your from, I am going to assume Europe since you stated the 2.2 diesel which is not and has never been available in the North American market where the majority of the users here live.
As for your issue you might have worn out suspension parts (shocks, struts), I find my 3 drives very rigid, not soft at all really, its very "sporty" and you can feel bumps very well.

Try adding a few extra psi in your tires. The psi marked on door are for oe tires. New tires sometimes require different psi. My car calls for 32psi but i am driving with 35 psi.
